17. Cancellation and Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Rights)


17.1 Right of Withdrawal 


In accordance with Law 2251/1994, if you are a consumer and have paid for consulting or training services without those having started: 


Withdrawal Period: 14 days from the date of agreement

Procedure: Written notification with date mechanism (email + registered letter)

Refund: Full refund of money within 30 days


17.2 Exceptions


The right of withdrawal does not apply if:


  • The service has already begun within 14 days with your explicit consent.
  • It is customized services or specialized training.


18. Final Provisions 


18.1 Legal Formality


These Terms constitute a binding agreement and are approved in accordance with Greek law. Any proceeding will be subject to Greek courts, specifically the Supreme Court of Athens. 


18.2 Publication Date


These Terms came into force on November 17, 2025, and replace all previous versions.
